Each Kathy Donachie Fine Art Original Painting is dispatched from my home studio in Auckland – just for you. Please be mindful of style, size, and other specifics when choosing/adopting your Kathy Donachie Art as due to the fragile nature of the works we do not accept returns if you ‘change your mind’. If for some reason your Kathy Donachie Fine Art has been damaged or lost in transit, please email us with photo evidence and we will happily sort this out for you.

If there is an issue with your order, we won’t leave you hanging! If something has gone wrong, or your item wasn’t as you were expecting - we will do everything we can to make it right. We do our best to offer colour accurate photography of the artwork, but please be mindful that calibrations often vary between devices. If colour calibrations are of concern, we recommend viewing the item from multiple devices (desktop, iPhone, etc.)
As per New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, shipping fees on any and all returned items within good faith are not covered by the studio. Only faulty merchandise or products covered under consumer guarantee will return shipment be paid by Kathy Donachie
